Responsibilities

Here’s how you’ll make a difference as a part of our team of dedicated nurses:As an LPN/LVN, you will provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to the patients, supervise daily nursing care and services, and provide leadership to nursing staff. Your duties include but are not limited to assessing patient needs, planning and implementing patient care activities and evaluating patient’s response to treatments. Patient care is delivered in a collaborative manner with the patient, family, and all the members of the health care team. You will also manage activities within the therapeutic milieu and direct the delivery of nursing care by other members of the nursing treatment team. The supervision of staff and care must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Nurse Manager or Executive Director to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as a LPN or LVN
• Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians and other team members
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
