Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the establishment, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff members. Duties: - Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities - Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to customers - Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is required - Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling, kitchen management, and customer service - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure If you are passionate about hospitality, have a strong background in restaurant management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
