Great Maintenance Technician opportunity to work in a community with well maintained, luxury homes from 2016 or newer!

Summit Sky Ranch is looking for a full-time, year-round team member to help oversee the maintenance needs of our luxury homes and high-end facilities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate both competence with mechanical maintenance skills as well as organizational and project knowledge.

Candidate must be a self-motivated team player who is willing to assist with multiple facets of the rental program to ensure a consistently high-end product is delivered.

Customer service skills and positive attitude required with a focus on home inspections and maintaining communications with all team members.

Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as a team member, and attention to detail a must. Schedule would be full-time including holidays and weekends.

Compensation is $54,000 - $56,000 depending on experience with additional healthcare, 25 Paid Days Off, and 401K benefits available.
