Welcome to Summit Nannies and Sitters! We are a local placement agency dedicated to helping nannies find local babysitting jobs! With over 100 nannies currently working through our agency and a great reputation in our community, we're confident we can help you too! As former nannies with over 10 years of experience, we truly understand what it means to advocate for you. At Summit Nannies and Sitters, we believe in being a support system for both our nannies and families. We strive to help both sides equally throughout the process.

We are looking for candidates who are: Nurturing, responsible, reliable, loving, fun, creative, and engaging to come join our team of Nannies!

Benefits:

• As an on-call babysitter, you have the freedom to pick up jobs that fit your schedule
• We use an app and online booking system where you can accept/decline or find coverage for your jobs
• You are paid directly by the family for both on-call babysitter jobs and nanny placements
• Most of our families offer benefits to their nannies such as legal pay, PTO and sick days, overtime, guaranteed hours, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement and more!
• We do not charge you anything to be apart of our agency!

Pay Scale:

• $20hr for 1-2 children
• $2/hr per additional child

All interested applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with children in a relatable field
• At least 21 years old and a high school graduate (4-year degree preferred)
• Must have Child/Infant CPR certification or willing to becoming certified
• Must be willing to submit to our screening process which includes Background Checks and Social Media Screenings
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• No additional children permitted to join you on your job(s)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
