RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Requisition/place routine and non-routine orders through the Information System, as required.
2. Receive routine and non-routine purchase orders through the Information System, as required.
3. Assist with setting and establishing min/max levels.
4. Assist with Capital Equipment Requests (CER) process.
5. Assist and perform quarterly physical counts.
6. Deliver/distribute/replenish supplies/equipment to departments, as needed.
7. Assist Materials Director in maintaining inventory levels.
8. Maintain information system item master, as directed by Materials Director.
9. Coordinate return shipments and maintain return log.
10. Keep shelves and storage bins clean and organized.
11. Participates in Supply Value Analysis Committee (SVAC) as required.
12. Monitor back-orders.
13. Assist in managing the Item Master.
14. Process receiving, packing slips and receiving in supply system.
15. Cross training to assist with other duties within the department and as back up for manager.
16. Behave and dress in a professional and courteous manner consistent with the facilities Standards of Behavior.
17. Other duties may be assigned.
