Compensation

1st-year total annual expected income $50,000-$80,000 (base commission combined)

$30,000 to $40,000 base generous uncapped commissions, recurring commissions, and multiple bonus opportunities bi-weekly, monthly, and annually

We're currently searching for self-starting, proactive, coachable individuals to join our Sales team. Use your experience and interpersonal communication skills to prospect, consult and develop media advertising campaigns for businesses in the KC Metro area, and nationwide.

As a Successful Sales and Marketing Consultant you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years B2B marketing or advertising sales experience
• Money motivated, competitive personality with a proven track record as a top performer
• Prior success with making a large volume of telephone calls/LinkedIn messages each day
• The ability to prospect and continually develop a pipeline of new customers
• An understanding of the current digital advertising industry, and emerging trends
• An excellent work ethic, persistence, and determination
• Strong, persuasive verbal, and active listening skills
• The ability to ask for the sale and get it
• A creative mindset to develop effective, unique advertising campaigns
• To be computer literate, tech-savvy, and possess strong presentation skills
• CRM experience or willingness and ability to learn
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Your time will be spent developing new business by networking, cold calling, presenting, and visiting area businesses to sell "Local Search" digital programs including search engine optimization (SEO), review generation, reputation and listings management, websites, and more. Sales presentations are made at the customer's location, on-site at our corporate office, or via Zoom.
