Job Description

We are presently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Flint, Michigan, who will perform general maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance or building experience including drywall patches, painting, hanging doors, blinds, toilets, leaks, painting, lift heavy objects, light electrical, etc.

As a successful Maintenance worker, you will:

· Have reliable transportation and be able to pass a criminal background check.

· Pay is hourly, A full time position available thereafter 90 days for the right candidate.

· Remain available for “on-call” duties as needed.

· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.

· Will Prepare homes for move in’s

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Valid operator’s license.

· Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision. •

· Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.
