Job Summary:

We are looking for a cleaner who will care about excellence and be incredibly dependable. A small, boutique hotel in Mt Shasta is looking to add one more part-time housekeeper to their really great team for regular cleaning in between guest stays.

All hotel furnishings are new, all plumbing fixtures and everything else inside the rooms is new and clean. The owners and all the staff are incredibly nice and great to work with. There is rarely a job opening available at this business.

Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude and be extremely dependable. All cleaning products and equipment is provided. The typical work hours are from 11:30 am - 4:30 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays. Major holidays pay is time and a half.

Duties:

- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste management

- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for different areas within the facility

- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required

Skills:

- Experience in house cleaning or custodial work preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
