Summit Home Care is Hiring a Skilled LPN / RN needed for a school case (M-F 6:30-3:30) Near Middlesex, NJ
SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for a skilled LPN or RN with experience with a Gastrostomy Tube, Trach, and Vent. 8 yr old patient in South River.
Hours include: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm from patients home to attending school with the patient and back to the home. Enhanced Rate!
We are a full-service PDN agency with an immediate need for LPN or RN's to work with our clients. LPN / RN Responsibilities:
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
LPN / RN Requirements:
- Current license in the state
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
