Responsibilities:

• Provide 1 to one nursing care in the home

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager

• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per Plan of Care (POC)

• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly

• Accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state

• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
