Summit Home Care is Hiring a Private Duty Nurse Needed (LPN/RN) Mon-Fri 7a-3p Near Passaic, NJ
SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for an LPN or RN in the Bloomingdale area. 19 yr old male with a Gastrostomy Tube. Quadriplegic and seizure protocol.
Hours include: Mon-Fri 7a-3pm. (some school hours/some home hours)
We are a full-service PDN agency with an immediate need for LPN or RN's to work with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Requirements:
- Current license in the state
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
