Summit Home Care is Hiring a Private Duty Nurse Needed (LPN/RN) Mon-Fri 3p-9p! Near Somerset, NJ
SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for an LPN or RN for a 62 year old female (located in Somerset) primary diagnosis of MS- incontinent of bowel and bladder. Hoyer lift assist from bed to chair. Trach with no vent, nebulizer treatments and gtube feedings.
Hours include: Mon-Fri 3p-9p and Saturdays 8a-4p
We are a full-service PDN agency with an immediate need for LPN or RN's to work with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Requirements:
- Current license in the state
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
