Summit Home Care is seeking a go-getter to be a Homecare Recruiter to recruit in New York City, and the surrounding counties.  The homecare recruiter is responsible for finding qualified applicants to bring to our company so we can provide our patients with home health services. 

Benefits working for Summit: Starting annual salary $52,000 - $58,240 (depending on experience) BONUS STRUCTURE!!!

Responsibilities include:

• Make connections with Home Health Aide Schools, LPN Nursing Schools and develop presentations to the staff as well as the students of HHA schools, programs, and caregiver application programs
• Participate in recruiting/hiring events, job fairs, and street fairs to attract HHAs/LPNs/RNs to the company; ensure we are competitive in the industry to ensure the highest level of applicants
• Research techniques used successfully by other companies and make suggestions to strengthen the recruiting process
• Undertake recruiting project tasks as requested

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the homecare field
• Knowledge of navigating the internet as a source of recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as interact and communicate with all organizational levels
