SUMMIT HOME CARE is Hiring an Employment Specialist Near Ocean County, NJ

Summit Home Health Care is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide job coaching services with compassion and respect to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Per-diem, 12-20 hours a week, with the potential to increase.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop employment opportunities
  • Provide job training and support individuals as they learn new tasks
  • Monitor and evaluate progress
  • Liaison with supervisors
  • Complete appropriate documentation

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Have a current, non-provisional driver’s license in good standing
  • Completed Employment Specialist Foundations Training
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Pay: $30 an hour
