Qualifications:

 BE/BC in General Surgery

Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state of Arizona

Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice

Committed to safety, quality and care

Working in state of the art facility

6 days of call per month

Very busy outpatient clinic and OR
