Job Description

Corporate Services/Facilities Representative II

Starting pay ranges $22-$30/hr DOE

This position reports out of the Sacramento corporate office and will be eligible for a hybrid work-from-home schedule after the initial training period. This position requires extensive travel (50% of the time) including evenings and weekends. 

The Corporate Services Representative II (CSR II) leads onboarding, relocation, and offboarding projects and provides office and administrative support for Summit Funding, Inc.’s branch locations. This position is responsible for vendor oversight and support requests for office services including but not limited to shred, janitorial, alarm, etc. Through active collaboration with management and staff, the CSR II ensures office service accounts and furnishings meet or exceed expectations.

What the CSR II is responsible for:

• Oversee department deliverables for onboarding, relocating, expanding, downsizing, improving, and offboarding office sites.
• Maintain regular and frequent communication with relevant branches and departments on project assignments to ensure project progress and success.
• Establish, replace, transfer, or cancel service accounts as required.
• Order or replace office materials, including furnishings, cubicles, signage, and equipment.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff regularly on office service levels.
• Provide back-up coverage for the Corporate front desk as needed.
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in office administration, project management, or equivalent. Experience working with vendors in a business-to-business environment is a plus.
• Ability to travel nationally 1 to 2 weeks per month (50% ), and work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work a hybrid office schedule reporting into our corporate office in Sacramento
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• High school diploma required.
