Responsibilities:
- Provide sign language interpretation services for Summit staff/employees.
- Translate spoken language into American Sign Language (ASL) or other sign systems
- Interpret conversations, presentations, and other forms of communication in real-time for
employees to other staff.
- Ensure accurate and effective communication between employees, vendors, managers,
etc.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of conduct

Experience:
- Previous experience as a sign language interpreter is required
- Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and other sign systems
- Strong linguistic skills with the ability to interpret and translate accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Ability to adapt to different environments and handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of deaf culture and sensitivity to the needs of the deaf community
