A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL ASSISTANT - RECEPTIONIST

In this position, you ensure that our patients have a good experience at our clinic. When we receive incoming phone calls, you answer them cheerfully, setting appointments and asking questions. You help check people in and out, accurately gathering patient information and ensuring that all necessary forms are filled out. After checking the patient in, you prepare a room for them.

You take x-rays and ask the patient questions about their health and lifestyle. Then, you pass that information along to the doctor. Additionally, you assist the doctor with other office procedures as needed. You love working with our patients and take pride in the part you play in the success of our clinic!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEDICAL ASSISTANT - RECEPTIONIST

• Phone skills
• Computer proficiency

Experience in a medical office with an electronic medical record or as a medical assistant is preferred. Being bilingual would be a plus! Are you organized and attentive to detail? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A MEDICAL ASSISTANT - RECEPTIONIST

This position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday from 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM or after the last appointment.
