This is a long-term contractor (1099) position.

Pay : Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (our top performers earn $125K !)

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

Assess potential leads in designated sales regions and establish a steady stream of prospects to achieve sales targets.

Efficiently guide prospects through the sales journey by providing exceptional consultative services and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Keep sales and client databases up to date with the latest information.

Stay abreast of industry advancements by participating in team gatherings and training sessions.

Engage in negotiations with prospective and current clients to finalize sales agreements.

What is needed to be successful?

Possess a valid and active Driver's License along with dependable transportation.

Demonstrated success in external sales roles is advantageous.

Proficient in using computers and experienced with CRM software.

Exhibit robust negotiating, planning, and consultative selling abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiencies.

Superb organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Build rapport effectively with both potential and current clients through strong interpersonal skills.

Keen attention to detail and adept time management skills to thrive in a dynamic setting.
