Primary Responsibilities :

• Complete maintenance make-ready sheets as assigned.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Turn vacant apartments
• Minor appliances repairs
• Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Energetic, responsible, and organized

This role may have physical demands, including but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and / or extended walking and standing.
