SUMMIT CLINICAL RESEARCH LLC is Hiring a Site Intelligence Liaison Near San Antonio, TX

Overall responsibility

Responsible for completing a wide range of administrative and support activities for the Medical Science Liaison to facilitate the efficient operations of the department by performing the following duties.


Key tasks:

  • Update database with journal entry related to the Medical Science Liaison activities.
  • Update site profiles in the database.
  • Correspond with sites for status updates and requests for information on behalf of the Medical Science Liaison.
  • Compile reports for CCO and management review related to Site Intelligence related activities.
  • Perform virtual site visits.
  • Provides support for new site on-boarding.
    • Review of feasibility where needed.
    • Provide solutions for imaging and biopsy vendors.
    • Supports Business Development in onboarding new sites.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years administrative experience and clinical research experience or any combination of
  • Ability to synthesize data, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of developing precise, accurate written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to effectively work across multiple projects, and with multiple organizations in a professional manner.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Must be able to identify and take appropriate initiative to fulfil the requirements of the role and possess the ability to maintain a high level of productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong Organization skills.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Strong computer skills (efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Zoom).

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Browsers, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
