Position Summary: 

Under the supervision of the Worship Pastor and along side the Technical Director you will champion and lead the tech team at Summit U campus. Weekly tasks will involve operating tech equipment for all Summit campus ministries, leading volunteers, and maintaining the audio, video, and lighting equipment throughout the different ministry environments at Summit campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Weekly/Monthly

• Oversee weekly and monthly scheduling for Summit U tech needs.
• Oversee Summit Students tech needs and weekly services at Summit South campus.
• Support the TD in maintaining the tech equipment in all rooms throughout the Summit campuses and ministry spaces.
• Sunday set-up and services at Summit U campus
• Work with TD to ensure that all A/V/L needs are met for ministry event requests at Summit campuses and spaces.

Build Volunteer Teams

As we continue to develop our Summit U volunteer team, you will be responsible to recruit, train, lead volunteers with a discipleship mindset. 

Special Assignments/Events.

Be prepared to provide tech support for memorials and outside events that have tech needs. (i.e. community partners events)

Meetings

• Attend weekly W&T team meeting
• Attend weekly strategic planning tech meeting
• Attend weekly all-staff meeting
• Attend monthly one-on-one care meeting with Worship Pastor
• Attend Summit U collaboration meetings led by U Campus Pastor
