Summit Careers Inc is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Waterbury, CT

We have an immediate opening for a construction project manager

Responsibilities of a construction project manager:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
