Summit Brain, Spine and Orthopedics is a neurosurgery and orthopedic practice with multiple offices in Utah County. We have dedicated providers and surgeons who use innovative surgical procedures to provide the best patient care. We are looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team of all-star employees in Lehi. We are looking for someone who can commit to the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday each week. We will also consider hiring a part-time person willing to commit to a minimum of two full days a week (for example, all day Mondays and Wednesdays). The mission of the Coordinator is to provide excellent patient care and be a team player while providing a wide variety of front office duties. Our employees are passionate about Summit. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
• Answer patient calls and texts.
• Create new patient charts and correctly enter demographics.
• Assist with electronic filing, medical records requests, and image audits.
• Maintain patient confidentiality as per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA).
• Assist with appointment and surgery scheduling.
• Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
