Summit Bank is Hiring a Personal Banker Near Walnut Creek, CA
Open new accounts. Collect, assess and maintain account documents, deliver superior customer service to personal and business customers, promotes and sells bank deposit products and other bank services to new and existing customers, verifies and processes maintenance to existing accounts, answers customer inquiries, and resolves related account problems. Banker will be expected to provide service at levels that will exceed the normal banking relationship in the market; ensuring a long term loyal client relationship. Performs daily and monthly reviews, monitoring, and analysis of various reports, logs, and transaction data to identify trends, unusual activity, and monitor large currency activity. Banker is expected to know the client business thoroughly and speak to their growth plans, changes in their environment, regulatory conditions and their basic service needs that will assist them in optimal performance.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
