Summit Advantage, a local Akron call center, is looking for 10 customer service candidates to help fill next training class! We offer M-F dayshift scheduling along with great benefits.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Contact Center Customer Service Associates will answer and service inbound calls on behalf of our clients. They will be required to provide a presentation based off of the clients offers and the specific program requirements. They will work with clients who may have rules and regulations that are to be followed and are required to adhere to those guidelines. The Contact Center Customer Service Associate will also be required to make outbound calls to their customers to follow up with a customer and meet their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Word/Power Point /CRM tool.
Capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Exceptional customer service background and skills.
