General Information on SummersCo LLC

You will be working in a warehouse environment helping to receive truck loads of products that will be sold on Amazon. Once the product sells, you will then pack the product securely for it to be shipped to our customers.

Our company grosses over $1 million annually. We are looking for hardworking, trustworthy people to work in a relaxed, fun environment alongside us. We need motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that is projected to double in size within a year.

Hours: Part time, on call, or you can even make your own schedule if orders are available. Our orders must be packed and shipped out within 24 hours. You can come in at 8AM or 8PM; it doesn't really matter, as long as orders are available and the orders are getting shipped on time.

Type of Work: Using a computer to confirm orders, printing shipping labels, packing orders securely to minimize product damage while in transit, lifting small, medium, and large boxes. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: Pay will be based on experience and job output. If you prove to us that you are a dependable, hard worker, you will be paid more after the probationary period. We are looking for part time workers, as well as people who want to be “on call”. On call to us will mean if we have a certain amount of orders that are within the 24 hour window to be shipped out, these people can pick up a few hours as needed.

Our on call/part time workers will start out at $12/hr. We may consider a higher rate based on your experience and work ethic.

Bonus Pay: How many orders you pack and ship will be tracked. You will start out at a bonus of .10 cents per order packed.

Raises: We are growing quickly! If you come in and show you want to work, you can expect to receive a raise. We want great workers who will stay with us. If you treat us right, we’ll do the same!
