If you answered YES to at least one of the above questions and have at least 2 full years of in-home sales experience, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, an Employee-owned company, in business since 1969, is looking for one individual, with in-home sales experience to become part of our Employee-Owned Business.

Not only will this be a base plus commission position, but we also offer 401K match, Employee Ownership Stock Program, medical, dental & vision insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation AND your Birthday is also a "Paid Holiday!" Oh, also, you won't have to use your own vehicle or pay for your own gas!

Job Duties:

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Be thorough and accurate in quoting replacements.
• Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
• A positive attitude is required and must be able to promote a professional, and friendly work environment.
• Work hard, smart, and efficiently.
• Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
• Consistently sell equipment, accessories and other promotional material from the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE!
• MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN AND USE A SELLING PROCESS!

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
