You'll spend your day servicing, repairing, installing, and proposing heating and air conditioning equipment replacements. You're the hero who ensures our customers' homes are comfortable year-round, while always following manufacturer's recommendations and local codes. From troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to providing expert solutions, you're the go-to expert they rely on. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

To be considered for this position as our Experienced Residential HVAC Technician, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Residential heating and air conditioning service and sales experience
• EPA certified
• Ability to work an on-call schedule
• Physical ability to perform job-related duties
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

You'll work Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (or later based on call volumes and on-call rotation). Our operations are based in Anderson, IN, and you'll primarily serve our clients in this area.
