• We are looking for team members that can balance exceptional guest services, top-tier drink-building, and streamlined workflow.
• Summer Moon is a fast growing, successful franchise from the heart of Texas. We are excited to bring this high quality coffee with their unique roasting process to the Eastern Shore of Alabama. We support and supply cheerful service and promote growth.
• Barista experience is not required but definitely preferred.

Required Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter
• Educate customers on drink menu and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
• Receive and process payments (currently no cash transactions )
• Keep the bar area clean
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Being present to all scheduled shifts in uniform and on time

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
