RN Supervisors are responsible for providing and overseeing the most direct and essential tasks ensuring our residents are cared for. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assessing residents and evaluating the physical and emotional status while monitory activity and providing care as necessary
- Coordinating and assisting with resident admissions
- Transfers and discharges
- Recording and charting in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Promoting positive relationships within our facility
