POSITION SUMMARY

A hands-on leadership role within the Finance Team involved in all aspects of financial planning and analysis including budget and expense control, development of ROI and performance analysis in support of improving the Company's performance. Utilizes top tier systems including Oracle, CCH Tagetik, Anaplan and MicroStrategy (BI) to create planning efficiencies, provide business insights and identify profit opportunities. Closely collaborates with parent Company (SRI Japan) to meet global reporting requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Five (5) to eight (8) years of financial and/or business analysis experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a management role. A 4-year college degree from an accredited University in Accounting or Finance is required. MBA or Master's degree is a plus, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Must be an energetic, trustworthy and confident team leader able to collaborate across a diverse group of colleagues in pursuit of meeting and exceeding the Company's objectives and goals. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), as well as database applications used for modeling and reporting. Must be self-motivated, possess excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented. Must be extremely organized and able to handle multiple projects at one time. Must be able to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods of time. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typical of an office environment where the air is controlled and kept at mild temperatures.
