Description

Position at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc.

Basic Position Duties

Non-Trade Invoice: Prepare paperwork and get proper signatures; scan and email to Bowling Green; keep track of them on a spreadsheet.
Sales tracking summary: Run daily, update spreadsheet and send to upper management.
Metal Scrap sales tracking: Keep updated spreadsheet; send to SV2 weekly.
Invoicing: Print invoices; look up matching packing slips; scan and email to El Paso and Novi.
Production tracking summary: Run daily; update spreadsheet.
Solrac/Genasco inspection summary: Genasco-end of month. Solrac weekly.
Send trial balance: Weekly and again first of the month to several departments.
Physical Inventory: Tally and supply coordinator; and tally entry.
Input to Budget System: Twice yearly, just a few days at a time.
Daily DOI report: Run daily and send out. Send "damage" code totals monthly.

Position Requirements

Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.

High school Diploma or GED along with 5-7 years clerical experience

Bilingual in Japanese preferred.
