1st Shift Manual EWAG Machine Operator
*$2,000 HIRING BONUS*Sumitomo is looking for a 1st shift Machine Operator to join our growing team. We are open to full or part time, any level of experience, and will provide training. Come learn a unique skill and grow your manufacturing career!Brief DescriptionOperate one or more machines to perform simple machine operations on highly repetitive and standardized parts and details on metal or other material.

The setups are made by others and instructions are given on operating procedures.

Work is performed under close supervision and subject to strict process inspection procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Entry level position with training provided. 
Supervisory Position: No

Work Environment: Well-lit machine shop with moderate noise. Staff members will need to be able to work while standing, sitting, bending, and climbing. Staff members will be occasionally lifting and working inside of machines.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of machine shop environment and operations preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
