Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Skills:
- Sports coaching experience to effectively train clients in various sports activities
- Knowledge of CrossFit training methods and ability to design CrossFit workouts
- Experience leading group fitness classes and creating engaging workouts for participants
- Ability to design individualized exercise programs based on clients' specific goals and needs
- Understanding of body mechanics to ensure safe and effective exercise execution
- Strong sales skills to promote personal training services and attract new clients
- Knowledge of yoga or dance techniques to incorporate into training sessions if desired by clients
- Understanding of human physiology to provide informed guidance on exercise intensity, duration, and recovery
- Certification in personal training or related field is preferred
