Part-Time (25-30/week)
We are a small independent restaurant with a focus on providing our guests with a unique and delicious dining experience, while reducing food waste and improving sustainability in the kitchen. Located in Uptown, we work directly with local farmers and ranchers to source the majority of our ingredients to create a seasonal menu. We draw on our teams differences in experience, background, and thought to develop a unique menu that reflects our diverse community.
Sullivan Scrap Kitchen was featured in CBS' Report on Chefs Turning Food Waste Into Trendy Eats, awarded a Head of the Table Award from Bon Appetit in 2021, featured in 5280s Best Places to Brunch 2023 an 2024, and won best Hamburger in Denver from Westword 2020 and 2022.
Our Servers deliver engaging customer service and are quick to solve problems. They are passionate about ethical cooking and eating, reducing food waste, and creating a fun casual sustainable dining experience for all guests. We rely on all members of our team to adapt quickly to changes, be positive during stressful times, and work as a team and ask for help when needed. Thursday-Saturday 3:30pm-9:30pm/10pm
Sunday 3:30-9:00pm/10pm
(will include 2 closing shifts 10pm)
