• Oversee project cost analysis and budget tracking to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensure the accurate processing, tracking, and approval of change orders.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and supervisors to streamline financial operations.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management.
• Conduct regular audits and implement effective internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
• Cross-training in all areas within the accounting department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction accounting.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and construction accounting software (Viewpoint Vista a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
