We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff's personal injury assistant that can handle a busy workload and multi task. Must have knowledge of plaintiff's personal injury documents including Motions, Discovery Responses, preparation of Arbitration and Mediation binders, Bills of Particulars and Summons and Complaints. Duties include transcription of dictation, scanning, e-filing, requesting, following up for medical records and answer switch board as needed. Trial preparation is a plus. Heavy client contact and must be able to work independently. Notary Public is a plus. Must be a team player. Salary is negotiable with experience.
