Job Summary:
Busy insurance agencyseeking a Licensed Insurance Agents to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Develop leads and establish new client relationships
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Provide guidance on selecting the right insurance plans
- Assist clients with claims processes and policy renewals
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to reach potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing insurance needs and market trends
- Knowledge of AMS360 and carrier rating/processing systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
