We are seeking a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces.

We are looking for someone who:

• Highly organized
• Have a strong desire to both design and sell
• Enjoy working with a respected sales team that will support their skills
• Driven by exceeding sales goals
• Efficient with designing and selling multiple cabinet lines
• Experienced at working with Trade Professionals and Consumers
• Experienced in making modifications to cabinets & tiles and selling design features
• Great at managing K&B projects and keeping accurate records
• Report all final designs to Lead Designer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen design and sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience creating designs with 20/20 software
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and experience using email
• Associate's, or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, preferred
• Sales skills and project management experience, preferred
• NKBA certification, is a plus

Pay is based on experience and location
