Job description:

Positions Available: Full-time (25-35 hours/week) and Part-time (12-16 hours/week) barista and sandwich makers who love to help-out customers.

Duties: Keep customers happy at all times. Work at the cash register, prepare beverages, make sandwiches & salads, restock inventories, and keep all areas of the coffee house clean. Interact with customers and assist customers with special needs.

Pay: $16-$16.80 per hour Tips

Typical Shifts: Most Part-Time shifts are 3.5 hours long.

5:30 am – 1 pm

5:30 am - 10 am

12 pm – 6 pm

10 am - 2 pm

2 pm - 6 pm

4 pm - 8 pm

6 pm – 10 pm

Employees are required to be available at least one weekend per month.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be physically fit to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Some Weekend and/or evening availability if applying for less than 20 hours.
No coffee experience is required but preferred.
Must be an energetic person with positive attitude and must be a quick learner and be able to work independently once trained.
Must love helping customers and respect and get along with coworkers.
Excellent attendance and reliability. No drama!!
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Open to feedback from coworkers and managers.
Must be willing to keep all areas of the coffee house (including restrooms) clean and sanitized at all times.
Enforce no-loitering and purchase policies.
English speaker preferred or be able to learn enough to perform work.
Work authorization papers required for E-Verify prior to starting date.
