The Marketing Coordinator at Suite Storees is a dynamic role responsible for driving our brand's presence and engagement through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional client relations. This role requires a keen understanding of the marketing landscape, including social media management, to ensure the successful promotion of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

2. Brand Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Suite Storees brand experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure our brand's values and vision are consistently communicated across all platforms.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance to improve our social media strategy.

About the “Marketing Coordinator”

MARKETING

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, evaluate market trends, and devise effective promotional strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on digital and social media.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials that enhance the brand experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance our marketing services.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials for promotion and brand awareness, with a focus on social media posts.
  • Nurture relationships in various business groups for client acquisition and online marketability.
  • Communicate with virtual assistants to ensure social postings align with our company vision, brand messaging, and guidelines.
  • Schedule and automate posts to channels and campaigns.
  • Review calendar of events for local events, national holidays, and company relevant events, add to company calendar and implement into marketing plans.

CLIENT RELATIONS

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a detailed calendar of marketing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and reports, including customer feedback and success metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure cohesive communication and brand experience.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and marketing.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media channels, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and technologies to enhance our social media presence.
  • Review and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and initiatives.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

  • Demonstrate effective and enthusiastic communication skills with clients, vendors, and company.
  • Experience working in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools and Microsoft programs, such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Honeybook, CRM systems, Hootsuite, or other email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and social media management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.

ABOUT THE SCOPE OF WORK

Part Time: Twenty (20) Hours per week

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am - 2 pm; Hybrid | Evenings and Weekends as Needed
