Coordinate and conduct all Suite Attendant and Bather training. Must work very closely with Managers and HR to coordinate training activities with new employees. We need someone who is dependable, reliable, and will show up for work when scheduled. This is a very physically demanding job. You must be able to lift anywhere from 30-75 pounds. There is also a lot of bending, twisting, kneeling, and pulling. Dogs like to bark so must be comfortable with a sometimes very noisy environment. Flexibility is a must.

Pay starts at $12.50/hour.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.

· Check in frequently with leads.

· Evaluate and update all training materials as needed.

· Schedule and conduct all training of Bather and Suite Attendant new hires.

· Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, and clients.

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

·Must work as a Suite Attendant for 30 days first to learn our procedures and workflow.

Education/Experience Requirements:

· High school graduation or the equivalent

· Previous Training experience of some kind.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· This position will be responsible for overseeing all of the training functions performed by Suite Life staff besides receptionists.

· Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Suite Life.

· Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.

· Must be patient and congenial on the telephone.

· Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends as required.

· Must have the ability to work as a part of a team.

· Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
