Canine Coach for busy dog/cat boarding/training/grooming facility. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: answering phones, scheduling clients for boarding/daycare/training/grooming appointments, answer questions regarding service, policies, etc.. take payments, check dogs in/out boarding, daycare, grooming appointments. Represent the business in a professional, courteous manner. Answer questions about vaccinations, training, boarding and grooming. Spend time in the play yards monitoring dogs and play groups. Check on dogs health with the knowledge to evaluate for illnesses such as kennel cough, stomach bugs/parasites and alike. Must know basic business software, must have previous experience in pet boarding/or veterinary front desk experience. Bathe dogs. Complete nail dremmels/nail trims.
