Position Overview:

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the back office or front desk area, providing outstanding customer service to our patients, and collaborating with our dedicated dental staff.

Qualifications for a Dental Assistant:

We are looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience in a dental office setting (required).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and dental management software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

This is a FULL-TIME position with patient care Monday-Thursday, 8am-5:30pm with cleaning/stocking half day Fridays, DOE. No evenings or weekends.

What we need from you as a Dental Assistant:

• Excellent patient service & communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills & dexterity
• Ideally, 2 year chairside clinical experience minimum - willing to train new grads or those highly interested in becoming a Dental Assistant
• Exhibit exceptional treatment presentation and financial arrangement skills.
• Have proficiency in computer skills (Open Dental, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft)
• Demonstrated proficiency with computers & dental technology
