**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages to guests with efficiency and precision
- Create innovative and visually stunning cocktails that delight and impress our guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless coordination during service
- Contribute to the overall success of the bar team by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
- TIPS or ServSafe certification is a plus
