Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with their carts and belongings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage cart inventory levels
- Assist with crowd control during peak times
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the facility
- Ensure guest safety by enforcing rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with members and guests
- Hospitality experience to provide a welcoming environment for members and guests
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction - Working knowledge of the rules of golf required - Drivers' license
