Chiropractic Front Desk Associate
We are looking for someone who wants a career in healthcare and will grow with the clinic. We provide all training. Must have great customer service and organizational skills
Hours:
Monday 8:15 - 2:30
Tuesday 11:30 - 6
Wednesday 11:30 - 6
Friday 8:15 - 2:30
Saturday 8:15 - 2:30
(We are closed Sunday and Thursday)
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and inquiries
- Scheduling patients
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Taking correct payment and updating patient account
- Scanning and filing patient files
- Communicating to patients their care plan
- Verifying and explaining insurance benefits to patients
- Following up on insurance payments
- Sending out medical records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
