to all skin types, especially sensitive skin. We always look for organic solutions from hair removal to skin care products. Our company is

nationally known with locations from Miami to Chicago. We are

constantly expanding and always seeking positive persons to join our

happiness project. We focus on an exceptional customer and employee

experience.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for answering phone calls-assisting guests with their scheduling needs and other questions they may have, and recording accurate messages
  • Appropriately scheduling clients for esthetic services, being mindful of timing, and informing guests of the best services for their specific needs
  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome, giving accurate paperwork to each guest based on services being provided, presenting welcome gifts, and tours of the facility
  • Being a liaison between the client and esthetician, and overall guide throughout each client’s duration of their visit
  • Provide education to guests on what services we offer; full body sugaring for men and women, lash lifting and tinting, brow tinting, brow lamination, and more
  • Working with walk-in guests to answer questions, sell gift cards/products, book appointments, etc.
  • Sharing product knowledge with clients based on their needs
  • Following the Front Desk Script Guide consistently to provide a seamless experience to each and every guest upon check-in and check-out
  • Schedule management to reflect the proper timing of appointments
  • Follow communication guidelines to cultivate a positive work environment
  • Accurate input of client information into systems
  • Charging for services performed accurately
  • Inform guests of service/retail specials, loyalty programs, referral programs, etc.
  • Re-booking of services and closing product recommendation sales at the end of each appointment
  • Monitoring and responding to emails to assist clients with action in a timely fashion
  • Administrative duties include; filing client paperwork, data entry, opening packages, mailing client letters, checking voicemails, emails, etc.
  • General cleaning duties include, but are not limited to; sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, etc.
  • Restocking and price marking retail cabinet and displays
  • Overall maintenance of the studio’s lobby and reception area
  • Working with Estheticians to help turn over treatment rooms and prepare for the next client
  • Receive and/or watch services to speak on the client experience accurately
  • Caring for live plants because we love a touch of greenery in the studio!
  • Operate basic office materials, and software such as Google Drive
  • Actively participate in a team setting to further the success of each individual team member and as a studio overall
  • Daily social media graphic creation using Canva
  • Understanding the company's mission to provide beauty services as organic, eco-friendly, and healthy as possible to our community

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $20.00 per hour
