**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs - Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks - Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations - Check customers' identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience - Comply with all food and beverage regulations **Experience:** - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role - Proficient in cash handling, basic math, and operating a cash register - Strong sales skills with knowledge of catering and banquet services - Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Knowledge of food handling procedures ensuring safety standards - Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively Join our team as a Bartender to showcase your mixology skills, provide exceptional service, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
